Fancy getting up close and personal with Peppermint and some of the ethical and eco fashion brands we love? If you’re in Brisbane then head on down to our tent at the annual Green Heart Fair in Brigade Park, Chermside this Sunday 1st June from 9am – 2pm for a day of fair fashion and natural health! We’ll be hosting some short talks from the talented individuals behind eco fashion labels Nico Underwear (Lis Harvey), Alice Nightingale (Alice Veivers) and The Goodnight Society (Kathryn Tyrell), as well as clothing displays from Brisbane eco label Bestowed. Our favourite health expert Dr Sarah Lantz will also be making an appearance to talk about the importance of fermentation for maintaining health and vitality, and there’ll even be samples of her delicious Buchi Kombucha to tempt the tastebuds of those new to the wonderful world of fermented goods. If you’re bringing the little people in your life there’s plenty around the fair to keep them occupied, including a Peppa Pig show, veggie planting with Dirtgirlworld and native wildlife shows from Geckos Wildlife Presentations. There’s lots of fun to be had for the big people too, with live music, organic cooking demos, interactive arts projects and advice on growing organic fruit at home. And if all that isn’t enough to get your good green selves out of bed on a lazy Sunday, what better reason do you need than the chance to be the first to pick up a copy of the gorgeous new Winter issue – exclusively on-sale on the day! We heart the Green Heart Fair and can’t wait to see you there!
