The goodness gurus at Nourish Melbourne have gathered a select group of holistic health and lifestyle experts for a full day of seminars about mindfulness, fertility, healthy eating and more. You’ll also have the chance to chat one-on-one with the experts, enjoy delicious refreshments from a selection of Melbourne’s healthiest food stores cafes and get your hands on a nourishing goodie bag.
