Last week saw the launch of a new online wellness community, created by homegrown Hollywood stars Teresa Palmer and Phoebe Tonkin. Your Zen Life was developed as a digital scrapbook, where likeminded people from all walks of life can share their knowledge and passion for health and wellness. The site is driven by contributions from readers (as well as Teresa and Phoebe!) who share tips and tricks across a range of topics like healthy recipes, therapies and remedies, and eco living. The pair are probably best known for their work on popular shows like The Vampire Diaries and films like Wish You Were Here, but both say they are passionate about living a healthy, happy life and are excited to learn more from readers and experts around the world. Your Zen Life is also on the look out for people who want to share their expertise or experiences and you can get in touch at yourzenlife@gmail.com.
