The Green Ball 2

The Green Ball

The count down is on! Only 11 more sleeps until The Green Ball kicks off in Melbourne’s picturesque Pipemakers Park. Australia’s premier ‘Green Carpet’ event, The Green Ball is a celebration of all things eco – from the fashions on parade right down to the nibbles and cocktails. Start your evening with a VIP ferry transfer from Southbank, or make your own way to the Bluestone Building. Live music will be on offer from local acts including The Nymphs and Deep Street Soul, as well as plenty of local, organic food inspired by recipes from Sustainable Table. And then there’s the fashion! The very special Green Ball showcase will include a huge variety of ethically- and green-focused fashions, from the likes of high-end couture designer Rachael Cassar right down to local vintage purveyors Dear Gladys.

There are also accolades on offer on the night, with the evening’s best green ensemble being judged by a panel of special guests (including our very own Editor!). And we’d love to see you there – so much so in fact that we’ve got one double pass (valued at $240) to give away! Just comment below before 5pm, Sunday Feb 17th letting us know what you’re most looking forward to about the Ball. {Please note: all entrants must be able to attend the event on Sat, Feb 23rd 2013}.
