Brisbane’s growing Etsy army are again set to take over the iconic (and newly refurbished!) Brisbane City Hall this weekend with their colourful calamity of handmade, locally-designed and artisan wares. The new look indie markets boast the work of some of the city’s most beloved and up-and-coming creative talents, including beautiful rope bowls and baskets by Zillpa, the resin brights of Whizzbangle and the very dapper Marcello Neckwear for gents. The market will be complemented by live music by Candice McLeod and the Saviours of The Lost Arts Exhibition, all taking place in and around City Hall from 9am-2pm on Saturday, June 8th. As an extra treat, BrisStyle are also offering free creative development classes in coming weeks, including Get Noticed: Marketing for Creatives on June 15th and I <3 Craft, a class all about getting retail ready, on June 27th. You can find more details about these and more advanced masterclasses on the BrisStyle website here!
