We Made What?

We Made This! Ten different kinds of paper planes, DIY book binding, a pizza-box oven and a guerrilla garden. At least we will be making these things when Brisbane’s The Edge celebrate their second birthday this weekend. This little hub of creativity is hosting a DIY-themed party on Saturday to mark the special occasion and we’re all invited to come down and learn a new skill. The Edge team will be offering 50 free workshops in five hours on everything from documentary film making to stop-motion animation. We’re particularly excited about the tutorials which make use of recycled and discarded materials. Live music, food, a suitcase rummage and those gorgeous river views – oh what an afternoon!
