For the past couple of months, our lovely friends over at Whole Larder Love have been running a crowdfunding campaign to turn their dreams into reality. They want to launch a teaching space in Central Victoria called The Nursery Project – a place with a mess hall for cooking and workshops, a fruit orchard, a vegetable garden and paddocks for livestock. ‘The Nursery Project will be a community-centred haven,’ says sustainable food guru and Whole Larder Love blogger and cookbook author, Rohan Anderson. ‘A place for people to come and get their hands dirty, to breathe in some fresh air and learn more about where food really comes from.’
