Following the success of the ‘Sustainable Table’ cookbook, which was recently named Best Sustainable Food Book in Australia, not for profit by the same name Sustainable Table, has just launched a new cookbook called Seasonal Regional. In the book, local food advocate Sarah Robins, takes you on a seasonal regional tour of Victoria, meeting people who produce our food, while also exploring what it’s really like to make a living off the land. The book features some of Victoria’s finest food producers and contains over 80 seasonal recipes. Sustainable Table is a young, innovative, not for profit that aims to empower people to use their shopping dollar to vote for a food system that is fair, humane, healthy and good for the environment. With 60% of our eco footprint made up by the food we eat, the Sustainable Table cookbooks have a lot to offer. Pick up your copy of Seasonal Regional on their website!
