Sadhana Kitchen may be best known for being a raw food, living food and wholefood specialist cafe, but now they’re bringing their delicious creations out of the kitchen and into a new book called the Raw Food Adventure. The book, which is a 14-day guide to introducing raw foods into your diet, shares the why, when and how of raw food, providing recipes, sample meals and information on what makes it so good for you. For those interested in learning more, Sadhana also hosts a variety of events across Sydney and Melbourne to introduce people to the raw, organic food movement. Some of the upcoming events include a decadent guilt-free desserts workshop and a raw dinner party. Check out the details on the Sadhana Kitchen Events page and join the rawvolution!
