From My Kitchen

Being more health conscious and eating better are often at the top of New Year’s resolution lists and now a new Sydney service helps us do just that. From My Kitchen is a new food service that creates homemade, 100% organic, healthy snacks that are all round good for you. The idea behind the venture, created by passionate foodie Rachel Gorney, is to support people living busy lifestyles to lead healthier lives without the excuse of being time poor (hence the company delivers right to your door!) From My Kitchen offers three packs to choose from. ‘The Trial Snack Pack’ contains a sample of products to last you a week of snacking and is available exclusively to first time customers. ‘The Weekly Snack Pack’ contains six products of your choice and keeps you stocked up on snacks for up to two weeks. The most innovative offering, ‘The Travel Pack’, contains everything you need to make it through a flight and is stocked full of vital greens and herbal teas. Connect with From My Kitchen on Facebook and get snacking the smart way!
