Choose to Shine Giveaway

WakeUpProject – DanielleLaPorte Peppermint

If you’re feeling in dire need of some transformational truthbombs for the soul, then you’re in luck – bestselling Canadian author, speaker and entrepreneur Danielle LaPorte is bringing her very own brand of kick-ass spirituality to Australia later this month. With a blog named in Forbes’ Top 100 Websites for Women and a direct line straight to Oprah herself, Danielle inspires people the world over with her uniquely fresh and feisty approach to self-help.

As a member of Oprah’s Super Soul 100, Danielle’s one of “100 awakened leaders who are using their voices and talent to elevate humanity”. Having cast off a past life as a business strategist and an executive in a Washington DC think tank, Danielle’s current day job is a result of her desire to encourage people to be brave, and be themselves – often, she says, it takes the most bravery to do just that.

Brought to Australia by the ever-awesome Wake Up Project, the Q&A-style Choose to Shine event promises an evening of “creative counsel, straightforward encouragement and hard-core how-tos” on the subjects of kindness, consciousness and meaningful living. Featuring music and chat from special guest and all-round overachiever Clare Bowditch, the tour hits Sydney on 20th February, Brisbane on 21st February and Melbourne on 23rd February, and Danielle guarantees humour, inspiration and to leave no book unsigned.

Here at Peppermint we’re delighted to have a double pass for the Sydney and Melbourne shows to give away to two of our lovely readers. To enter, simply comment on our Facebook or Instagram posts telling us why you’re keen to go to the Choose to Shine tour, as well as which show – either Sydney or Melbourne – you’d like to attend. {Competition closes at 4pm AEST on Monday 13 February 2017. Please only enter if you’re able to be in Sydney or Melbourne for the relevant tour date.}
