CEA Fashion Accelerator Event

Calling all Brisbane-based fashion fans! Do you run your own label? Work in the industry? Or are you simply interested in the future of Australian fashion? You won’t want to miss the upcoming Fireside Chat hosted by QUT CEA (Creative Enterprise Australia) in conjunction with their latest Fashion Accelerator Showcase next Friday 29th July 2016.

They’ve gathered a panel of high profile industry experts – including Lydia Pearson from Easton Pearson, Courtney Miller from the Australian Fashion Chamber and Vogue Australia Editor-in-Chief Edwina McCann – who’ll be covering topics such as trends and impacts, disruption in the industry, business model evolution, design aesthetic and Australia’s place in the global fashion industry. And afterwards there’s a networking event with drinks and canapés, where you’ll have the opportunity to chat to emerging and established designers as well as some of the biggest style influencers in the country.

The event runs from 3-6.30pm at QUT Gardens Theatre next Friday, and tickets are strictly limited – click here to book yours and be part of the future fashion conversation.
