To celebrate Mother’s Day (which is just around the corner, as if you need reminding!), World Vision Australia have teamed up with landscape photographer Ken Duncan to create an inspiring book of photographs and stories celebrating the universal bond between mother and child. Vision of Hope: Mother & Child includes snapshots taken by a handful of photographers all over the world, each of which captures the essence of the mother-child relationship in rural and urban communities alike. From Bangladesh to Australia’s own Pilbara, the book also reflects on World Vision’s commitment to empowering communities and breaking cycles of poverty. An everlasting tribute to women, proceeds go towards supporting World Vision’s ongoing work with women all over the globe.
