Treat Yourself

Greatest Gift

If you’re always putting others first, it’s probably time you gave yourself a break – and there’s no better way to do that than by visiting Sydney’s new wellness event, The Greatest Gift, at Mosman Art Gallery and Community Centre on Saturday April 20. This fabulous day is dedicated entirely to wholesome living and features six inspiring speakers (including Therese Kerr, Miranda’s mum and general manager of organic skincare range KORA Organics, and writer/TV personality Gretel Killeen) sharing their wisdom about body image, healthy eating and how our brains are wired. If that isn’t enough to entice you, there’s also an outdoor Goodness Market with stalls from local designers and artists, and live music. You can purchase tickets online for the whole day, or for individual speakers’ sessions – the first 30 people to register will receive a free Yin yoga class on the morning of the event. Best of all, putting yourself first will help others, too! On the day, you can take part in a silent auction for the event’s charity partner Life Changes Experience Foundation which supports vulnerable teenage girls.
