Eat Beautiful

Eat Beautiful is a very aptly named, newly launched website supporting positive body image and healthy eating habits. Created by Australian model and actress Rachel Jessica Tan, its launch coincides with Body Image Awareness Week which kicked off yesterday. The week itself, an initiative of the Butterfly Foundation, aims to address the body image issues that plague so many women by taking time out to celebrate our bodies in all their diversity and uniqueness! You can participate in the week through social media campaigns, fashion or by hosting events in your community. If you are looking for longer term inspiration, the Eat Beautiful website (which is actively supporting the week) has a dedicated body image section along with a whole host of other healthy living tips.
