Join The Revolution

Do you want to be part of the global fair fashion community? If there was ever a day to wear your values on your sleeve, it’s April 24th. Now in its second year, Fashion Revolution Day 2015 has officially kicked off with more than 65 countries coming together over the next 24 hours to take part in the social media movement. Bloggers, labels, academics, celebrities and, most importantly, everyday fashion consumers are uniting today to ask the question – “Who Made My Clothes?” It’s a simple proposition, but it represents a much bigger mission. Initially founded to mark the anniversary of the tragic Rana Plaza collapse that claimed the lives of 1,133 people in Dhaka in 2013, now Fashion Revolution Day has morphed into an international call-to-arms. The aim is to prevent events like what happened in Dhaka from ever occurring again, using the power of many individuals to demand more from labels and reconnect the ‘broken lines’ in our garment supply chains. Today is powered by people just like you! To make your mark, participate in one of the many real-life events taking place across Australia, or join the online movement using the hashtag #fashrev in just a few steps:
