NZ Eco Fashion Exposed

We love keeping our eye on all the good, green fashion coming out of NZ, but now we have another reason to celebrate our Kiwi cousins! New Zealand has announced an inaugural eco fashion week next month to promote sustainable, ethical and upcycled fashion. The brainchild of designer Denise Anglesey, the event hopes to develop into a fully fledged eco fashion week in years to come (much like other international weeks in Hong Kong and Vancouver!). The runway will feature well known and up-and-coming NZ designers like Heke Design, Ron Tekawa and Karishma Design, while the event itself will also include workshops, a pop-up shop, a children’s eco fashion runway and of course, the main event on the Saturday night where the designers will take to the runway with their fashion creations!
