Recipe: Mango Lassi

Chill out over summer with this moreish mango lassi from Teresa Cutter, AKA The Healthy Chef. A power-packed smoothie rich in probiotics, antioxidants and amino acids, it’s the ideal way to get a boost of health in the festive season! 

Ingredients (serves two)

1 mango, chopped

1⁄2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 cup natural yoghurt

1⁄4 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon bee pollen

A handful of ice, to blend

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a high-performance blender, and blend until smooth, lush and creamy (add a little water if necessary to adjust consistency). Garnish with a dusting of crushed pistachios and a little turmeric.
