Newtown Festival 2013

Newtown Festival 13

Dappled Cities, the Snowdroppers, SHE REX and Palms have all made the lineup of this year’s Newtown Festival! Being held on November 10, Sydney’s famous inner west suburb will transform into a bohemian wonderland to mark the festival’s 35th birthday. For a gold coin donation, the 80,000 or so guests who are expected to flock to the festivities, will enjoy over 280 stalls, live acoustic sessions, music, workshops, children’s entertainment, a Writers Tent and much more. In its commitment to staying green, the festival will also boast an Eco Zone, providing loads of information on urban sustainability. All proceeds go toward the Newtown Neighbourhood Centre, which provides vital services to the local community. Visit the website for more information on this exciting urban celebration!
