Hello friends! It’s that time of year again. We hope you’ll find some time to slow down, relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones in between all the turkey, tinsel and Boxing Day bedlam. If you’ve got a lot on your plate this Christmas (figuratively and literally!), remember — it’s not all about presents and putting on the perfect festive spread. It’s the time to pause and practise gratitude for everything and everyone in our lives, to realise just how lucky we are — and to maybe give back to those who are less fortunate. If you are planning some wind-down time (please do), don’t forget to add our bright and breezy Summer Issue to your holiday reading pile for some New Year inspiration. We hope this issue fills you with the confidence and creativity to make your own positive change in your own personal way; pick up your copy and start living a life you love – the time is now! It’s sure been a big 2015 for us here at Team Peppermint, and we finished on a high by winning Consumer Magazine of the Year back in October — hurrah! We couldn’t have done it without the support of our lovely readers, so thank you all for continuing to inspire us every day. We’ll be taking a festive break until Monday 4 January (online and in real life!), so we’ll see you then for a new year that promises plenty of minty goodness! Til next year, Peppermint x
Merry Christmas!
