Positive events to inspire, inform and uplift.

Don’t miss this amazing Brisbane PepTalks event at the wonderful Queensland Terrace at the State Library of  Queensland in Brisbane on Thursday 28th November 2019, supported by our good friends at Bank Australia!

We’re thrilled to be hosting Byron Bay-based cult fashion label Spell & the Gypsy Collective co-founder Elizabeth Abegg  – in conversation with Outland Denim co-founder Erica Bartle – talking about Spell’s journey towards a more sustainable business model; artist and designer Rachael Sarra, who uses art as a tool to educate and share Aboriginal culture; and mindfulness practitioner and teacher Manish Singh on how to use mindfulness techniques for creativity and stress (perfect as the hectic festive season approaches!). Plus the delightful Jennifer Nini, aka Eco Warrior Princess – ethical fashion advocate, writer and activist – will be our MC for the evening.

There’ll also be goodie bags, tasty treats and a glass of wine from Vineful on arrival!

Brought to you by Peppermint magazine and Bank Australia, PepTalks features speakers from the pages of Peppermint and beyond who are making a difference in the world. Sharing the highs and lows of their journey, along with their most inspirational tales and how-tos, these speakers are sure to leave you feeling inspired and empowered. Come along, make authentic connections and go home feeling refreshed and more positive about the world. Let’s hear it for evenings with meaning!
