This week marks the start of a worldwide meditation campaign for a very worthy cause. Mindful in May is all about challenging people to develop more awareness, appreciation and clarity in everyday life, while also bringing attention to the issue of access to clean water. Open to beginner and experienced meditators, by registering for Mindful in May you will be provided with daily inbox deliveries of inspirational messages and interviews to keep you motivated all month long! Participants are also encouraged to donate to Charity Water, a not-for-profit organisation delivering safe drinking water to people in developing countries. If you are looking for even more of a challenge, you can seek your own sponsors or even join the meditation team of a Mindful Ambassador, including our own Magda Szubanski! Find out more on the Mindful in May website.
