A living cordial of fermented fresh fruit and herbs locally sourced from organic farmers around the Northern Rivers, Pyewacket’s range of apple cider vinegar-fermented shrubs and tonics add a certain something to sparkling water and alcohol-free cocktails. One small bottle makes seven drinks, reducing single-use plastic, and 1% of their total earnings goes to First Nations organisations.
