Kate Pitman’s brand, Magenta Threads, epitomises ethical slow fashion. Each piece is designed, printed and handmade to order in Melbourne, using mostly OEKO-TEX or organic fabric. The prints are original creations inspired by Kate’s love of nature and art. For the icing on the cake, Magenta Threads offsets 1 tonne of carbon emissions per month and is ECA-certified.
